The delivery of digital files can often be a tricky business. Therefore, we ask that you take the time to read through these artwork specifications carefully in order to ensure optimum results.

If materials are submitted in a manner other than described here, Faircom Media is not liable for any differences or complications that arise as a result of technical problems. Any costs incurred for adapting the materials submitted will be passed on to the client.

If no colour reference in the form of a contract sample is provided, we are not responsible for the colour of the output. A good colour reference comes with the Fogra colour control bar and has the following profile as target: ISO-Coated (Match Print or Iris Proof). We assume no liability for the colour in all other instances.

You can submit your order by diskette, ZIP, CD or DVD. If the materials are delivered by e-mail, please send the files for Amsterdam RAI to:

If you have an ftp server, you can place your files on the server. In that case, please send us the necessary log-in information. Mac files should be compressed as *.hqx or *.sit.
